Can't tell if the nest has eggs in it, because the palm tree is about forty feet tall. The pair take turns on the nest. I've seen them attempting to mate a few times the last week or two. They bring their catch of fish to the top of telephone poles to eat them near the nest. The female calls out a high pitch chirping if I try to get to close to take pictures. Not sure, but I think they each catch their own food, and do not share. Going to get on the neighbors roof across the street with binoculars this week, and try to see if there are eggs in the nest. I don't see them at night, so I can't tell if they are both sitting on the nest after sunset.
