7/21/19 found single chick swimming in water near nesting site. Chick taken out of water and transported to wildlife rehabilitator. Decision was made to attempt to re-nest chick on 7/22/19. re-nesting successful but nest was found to be in very poor condition. 7/23/19 After a night of heavy thunderstorms, chick was found dead on shoreline across the water from nest.

Osprey at side of nest squawking, No nesting activity observed two weeks ago and Osprey was gone on return trip. Status indeterminate.
Possible clutch hatching (Female sitting at edge of nest) will try to confirm later in week
Egg incubation observed. Egg laying took place sometime between 4/6/16 and 4/17/16
